I've now binned my old set of cheapies, these are great I can see distant objects without the white haze that my previous ones had.

Front lens cap retaining rings hinder movement and they are annoying to close.

My mate had the previous model and it had a better lens cap system.

    FAQ

    Q:
Could you please explain the terms "Green" and "Roof Prism" which seem to be variously used in descriptions of Bushnell XLT Trophy 12x50 Binoculars
    A:
Good afternoon David thanks for your email. The Green term is just meaning the color of these binoculars. As for Roof Prism is the style of binoculars and the way the light enters the binoculars- You have two types of Prims when it comes to binoculars, one is Roof which is the most popular style, as the light goes straight through, they are also much smaller in size and can handle rougher conditions, second is Porro Prism which is not as popular as they are much bigger and bulkier and the light zig zag's it's way through the binocular. I hope this information helps thanks
